Research interests: Architecture and hotel management; Planning and design of hotels, resorts, and conference centers; Hospitality planning and design; Development team, feasibility studies, space programming, and construction management; Functional and design criteria for hotels and restaurants; Planning criteria for different types of lodging properties: space allocation standards, measures of efficiency of hotel projects.
